Music Therapy – An evidence-based method

Music therapy is evidence-based and applied as an intervention across various populations, particularly to manage a range of physical, psychological, and social challenges. Therapeutic goals are agreed upon, and sessions comprise activities tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and goals
Central to music therapy for our practice is the development of an explorative and creative relationship between client and therapist, employing music to promote the person’s well-being and growth. Experience in music or playing instruments is not necessary for music therapy to be effective.
